Booking the Villas
How do I make a booking?
Please visit our booking page to make an instant and direct reservation. Full prepayment is required to secure your booking. Our prices includes all taxes and service charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes we offer a weekly, two weekly and monthly discount for longer stays. The discount will be automatically applied when you enter your dates on the booking page.
Can I book both villas at the same time?
Yes its possible to book both villas at the same time. When making a booking just select both rooms and the number of guests for each villa. The villas are next door to each other so perfect if you’re a larger group or two traveling families who want to be close by.

Arrival / Departure
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 3pm
Check out is 12pm
We have luggage storage facilities at reception should you need to store your luggage outside of these times.
Do you offer late check out / early check in?
We will do our best to accommodate a late check out or early check in where possible. Please let us know if you would like one and a day before your check out or check in we will be able to confirm.
Do you provide transfers?
Yes we offer pick up and drop off services from anywhere in Lombok including Lombok International Airport and the harbour. We will be in touch with you a few days before your arrival to offer transport assistance. Feel free to let us know earlier than that if you know your travel arrangements.
How far are the villas from the airport?
The villas are located in Kuta Lombok which is about a 20 minute drive from Lombok International Airport.
What’s the easiest way to get to Kuta Lombok?
Flying to Lombok International Airport is the simplest way. There are international flights from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Perth and domestic flights from Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya. Alternatively you can catch a fast boat connection from Bali or the Gili Islands. The boats arrive into Lombok at Bangsal harbour which is about a 2 hour drive from Kuta Lombok.
Do you provide housekeeping?
Yes housekeeping is available daily or as often as you would like.
Do you offer motorbike or car rental?
Yes we can arrange motorbike, car (self drive) or car (with driver) rental for you during your stay.
Can you help us to organise trips / tours or surf lessons?
Absolutely! We’re here to help you have an unforgettable trip. Just let us know what you want to do and we’ll be happy to provide suggestions and organise trips for you.
Do you provide breakfast?
When you check in you’ll be provided with complimentary granola, fruit, milk, yoghurt, tea and coffee. Kuta has a great range of cafes all within easy walking distance. Most of our guests prefer to explore the nearby cafes for breakfast. Check out our Kuta Guide for our favourite breakfast spots.
Can I have my laundry done?
Yes we offer laundry service during your stay. Please allow 48 hours especially in wet season!
How is the WIFI in Lombok?
Our WIFI is a high speed connection so 90% of the time its really fast and great for streaming movies and TV shows. However there are occasions in Lombok when the WIFI signal is weak due to factors such as weather, electricity blackouts and maintenance. These issues are usually out with our control but we’ll do our best to get it fixed as soon as possible.
We recommend if you’re staying in Indonesia for a while to buy a local SIM card so you can have data on the go.
Are there babysitters in Lombok?
Yes we can help to arrange a babysitter for any time during your stay.
. Do the beds have mosquito nets?
Yes there are mosquito nets fitted above each bed.
Do you have extra beds?
Yes we have two extra single sized mattresses and a baby cot. Please advise at time of booking if required.
How well equipped is the kitchen?
Our kitchens feature brand new appliances: Samsung Fridge / Freezer, Modena stove top, Modena oven (Villa Karinya only), blender, toaster, filtered water dispenser, tea and coffee making facilities.
Ample glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, chopping boards and utensils.
Do I need to pack towels?
No, we provide towels for use in the bathroom and towels for use by the pool. We also provide beach sarongs.
Do you provide shampoo etc?
Yes both villas are equipped with natural, locally made shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, sunscreen and insect repellent.
What about safe drinking water?
We provide a filtered water dispenser in the villa providing you with chilled and boiling drinking water. We will fill this up for you throughout your stay. We recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can refill from the villa and avoid buying plastic bottles of water.
What makes your villas eco-friendly?
We are constantly striving to make our villas as eco-friendly as possible. We use solar power to power the majority of the villas electricity needs. We also use a solar powered water heater for the bathroom hot water. We provide guests with plastic-free guest amenities including refillable hair and body care products and bamboo straws. We provide filtered drinking water so you don’t need to buy plastic bottled water. We only use natural cleaning and laundry products. We provide eco-friendly alternatives to everyday household items such as garbage bags and plastic glad wrap.
